Baker Hughes Rig Count: down 1 to 598 Rigs
U.S. Rig Count is down 1 from last week to 598 with oil rigs up 1 to 456, gas rigs down 2 to 133 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 9. U.S. Rig Count is up 49 rigs from last year's count of 549 with oil rigs up 34, gas rigs up 15 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged. The U.S. Offshore Rig Count up 2 to 10, down 5 year over year.
Baker Hughes Rig Count: Canada is up 8 to 216 Rigs
Canada Rig Count is up 8 from last week to 216 with oil rigs up 4 to 149, gas rigs up 4 to 66 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 1. Canada Rig Count is up 26 from last year's count of 190 with oil rigs up 20, gas rigs up 6 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged.
