U.S. Rig Count is up 1 from last week to 544 with oil rigs up 1 to 411, gas rigs unchanged at 122 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 11. U.S. Rig Count is down 32 rigs from last year's count of 576 with oil rigs down 61, gas rigs up 23 and miscellaneous up 6. The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is down 1 to 15, up 1 year over year.
Baker Hughes Rig Count: Canada is up 5 to 231 Rigs
Canada Rig Count is up 5 from last week to 231 with oil rigs up 8 to 158, gas rigs down 3 to 73 and miscellaneous unchanged at 0. Canada Rig Count is down 14 from last year's count of 245 with oil rigs down 16, gas rigs up 2 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged.
