Precious Metals Cycles Demand Attention

Over the past few weeks and months, my research team and I have been actively publishing this research to help you better understand what is really happening in the markets right now. With Gold trading above $2,000 for the first time and Silver trading near $27.50, skilled traders need to understand the risks in the markets that precious metals are warning of. Think of it like this, as long as Gold continues to trade near or above $1900, the risk levels in the global markets are at extreme levels for traders and investors. If Gold breaks above $2,400, then there is a very real concern that the global markets could be close to some type of decline/collapse event.

1990 TO 2010: SIMILARITIES ABOUND

My research team believes the US stock market has already peaked near the January/February 2018 market highs. Our proprietary index analysis and price modeling systems suggest the US stock market has been buoyed by the U.S. Federal Reserve stimulus and foreign capital inflows (investment) while the US Dollar has strengthened. This trend may continue for a number of weeks or months, but precious metals are already warning that real fear has accelerated to levels we’ve not seen since 2010-2011....Continue Reading Here.

Where's the Capitulation in Precious Metals?

Over the past 20+ years of research and trading in the markets, our team of traders and researchers know one thing is certain, when fear hits the global markets, precious metals react by rocketing higher. We’ve seen this happen over and over again – even when non-US geopolitical concerns spark some true fear in the markets.

If you’ve followed our research this week, we’ve been warning about how we believe this move is purely price and technical based and not really a fear based global price collapse. In other words, our technical systems, price modeling systems, and other advanced price analysis tools are suggesting this move is nearing an end and was likely a function of price rotation and less a function of true fear in the global markets.

Yes, there were a couple of key factors the precipitated this price move; the Fed, Earnings, Housing Data, Trade, and Geopolitical concerns and the US Elections. Yet the biggest concern for traders was the “deja vu” feeling that Housing could present another massive crash near an election. We’ve been through that and we know how ugly that can be if it were to unfold again.

Our researchers, at The Technical Traders, spent quite a bit of time going over the data and we continue to believe this downside price rotation in the global stock markets was nothing more than a technical price correction WITHOUT any real capitulation from other commodities. If the recent downside price collapse sowed any real fear into investors, then precious metals should have skyrocketed higher over the past 3+ weeks.

This Weekly Gold chart shows how prices advanced moderately over the past few weeks and failed to originate any real broad upside move as equity prices collapsed. Weeks ago, we predicted Gold would climb to near $1235, the CYAN line on this chart, before weakening to near $1200 again near the US mid term elections. After the elections, we believe that Gold will begin another price advance toward a price target near $1310 headed into 2019.

The YELLOW arrow showing the massive upside projections are based on our Fibonacci price modeling system and suggest that Gold may ultimately have an upside potential near $1435 or $1565 eventually. These upside targets, if reached, would be the result of REAL FEAR entering the global markets associated with a much greater contagion/capitulation event taking place. This may be something that happens in the future, as some point, but we don’t believe this is taking place now.

This Weekly Silver chart further illustrates the weakness in the precious metals sector throughout this recent global stock market collapse. The price of Silver actually fell slightly over the past few weeks and stayed near $14.75. A recent double bottom formation in Silver near $13.95 is a very strong indication that Silver is establishing a long-term base near the $14.00 level. You can see from our draws arrows that we believe Silver will continue to contract headed into the US mid-term elections, then begin a moderate advance higher.

We are actively searching for new trades within the precious metals sector that present clear opportunities for our members/subscribers as we believe this upside move in the metals will be one of the best trades in 2019. Although, right now, these trades are “set up trade” in the sense that we don’t expect any true fear to change price at the moment. We do expect investors to continue to look towards the precious metals markets as a form of protection from global events in the future and we believe that when the dam breaks and fear really does enter the markets, traders need to already be positioned within the precious metals sector – not chasing after the move.

Overall, our question still remains valid – where’s the capitulation in the precious metals? If this downside price movement within the global markets was “the top”, we have yet to see any real capitulation in precious metals, which we believe would be the first place to reflect this true fear. Without this capitulation, our researchers continue to believe this is a technical “reversion” move where price is moving lower to re-establish support for another upside price advance.

In conclusion, we do expect moderate price advances in the precious metals sector over the next 4~6+ months. We believe this sector will continue to attract investors as a means of protection against a sudden and more structural price collapse event in the future. Right now, though, we just don’t see the capitulation that would need to be in place if the downside equities move instilled any real fear in traders. It’s just not there – yet. Therefore, this recent downside swing appears to be a capital shift or reversion event where price will quickly attempt to find support, based (headed into the US mid-term elections – as we’ve been suggesting) and begin to move higher after November 12th.

Why the Bitcoin Breakdown May Push Prices Below $5000

Recent market turmoil across the global stock markets has refocused investors on the concerns of global economics, trade, and geopolitical issues – away from cryptocurrencies. The biggest, Bitcoin, has been under extended pricing pressure recently and our research team believes Bitcoin will breach the $6000 level to the downside fairly quickly as extended global market downtrends continue.

The premise of our analysis is simple, the factors weighing on foreign investors and Bitcoin investors are that currencies are fluctuating wildly, local stock markets are declining and local economies may be contracting. All of this operates as a means for investors to turn to a “protectionism” stance where they attempt to protect capital/cash and attempt to limit downside risks.

The fact that Bitcoin has yet to break higher and has continued to fall under further pricing and adoption pressure means those investors that were hungry for the next great rally may be getting tired of waiting for this next move – if it ever happens. Our belief is that any downside pressure in Bitcoin below $5800 will likely push many crypto enthusiasts over the end and prompt them to sell out before prices attempt to move down further.

Our research team believes a deeper downside price rotation is setting up in Bitcoin that will push prices below the $5000 level before the end of this year. The uncertainty of the global equities markets are creating an environment where cryptos have simply lost their appeal. There has been no real substantial upside price move over the past 6+ months and the FLAG formation setting up is a very real warning sign that the eventual breakout move could be very dangerous.

Additionally, when we add our proprietary Advanced Learning Cycle system to the research, which points to much lower price rotation over the next 30+ days, we begin to see the very real possibility that Bitcoin could fall below $5000 very quickly and potentially target $4000 as an ultimate low.

As much as we would like to inform our followers that we believe Bitcoin will rally back to $18k fairly quickly, that is simply not the case. All of our indicators are suggesting that Bitcoin will fall to below $5000, and possibly towards $4000, before any real support is found. If you are a bitcoin believer, be aware that you may have a substantial opportunity to use your skills at this price swing plays out. Looking to buy back in near $4000 is much better than trying to hold for an additional $2000 loss.

Our New Target Levels for the Coming Gold and Silver Rally

Our modeling systems are suggesting that Gold and Silver will begin a new upside rally very quickly. We wrote about how our modeling systems are suggesting this upside move could be a tremendous opportunity for investors over 2 weeks ago. Our initial target is near the $1245 level and our second target is near the $1309 level. Recent lows help to confirm this upside projection as the most recent low prices created a price rotation that supports further upside price action. What is needed right now is a push above $1220 before we begin to see the real acceleration higher.

The Daily Gold chart, below, shows our Fibonacci modeling system suggesting that $1235 to $1250 are the upside target ranges. Near these levels, we should expect some price rotation before another leg higher begins. Currently, support near $1180 is the floor in Gold.

How Bitcoin Will Make You Big Money Again

If you are a Bitcoin fan or looking for the next opportunity for a Bitcoin rally, you may not have long to wait before a price breakout takes place. Our research team at The Technical Traders believes a price breakout may occur before the end of 2018 – the only question is will it be a breakout rally or a breakdown crash before the next mega rally?

Cryptos and, in particular, Bitcoin has increased in popularity and adoption over the past 24 months across the globe. Recently, Citigroup has announced new technology making Crypto transactions more secure and reducing the risk of such transactions. Additionally, Circle recently announced a US Dollar based Crypto currency that is backed by Goldman-Sachs. News from Europe is that the EU has been urged to adopt common Crypto Currency rules that will fuel more attention and enterprise on developing suitable Crypto solutions for the European markets.

All of this plays into our research that a breakout/breakdown is inevitable and it is just a matter of time before this coiling price consolidation “apexes” and expands.

This chart shows massive breakdown washout below $6000 taking it back to prices before crypto became popular in early 2017.

This next chart below shows our cycle analysis and how much bitcoin moved from our cycle bottoms to tops. We are now at NEARING a critical juncture of a $6000 breakdown which is clearly a support level, and a potential major cycle bottom or continuation down cycle. Huge money can be made from this extreme volatility that is about to unfold and savvy technical traders can see the profit potential unfolding.

We urge all traders to keep Cryptos in focus over the next few weeks and months. Our research team shares our proprietary analysis and research with our paid members regarding the Crypto currency trends and trades.

If you want to learn what we believe will be the next big move in the Crypto markets, then visit The Technical Traders to learn more. Our proprietary modeling systems are clearly showing us what we should expect over the next few weeks and months. As a member, you will have access to this research and benefit from our Daily Research Videos.

Crude Oil Likely to Find Support in this Uptrend

I have focused my attention on the recent price rotation in the Crude Oil market. I believe the recent downside rotation in price, while technically still in a bullish trend, is an excellent opportunity for traders to identify entry positions for a potential price rally to levels near of above $70 - 71 ppb.

My proprietary price modeling systems and price cycle systems are clearly illustrating that Oil prices should find support, bottom and rotate higher within the next 5 - 7+ days. I rely on these proprietary indicators and modeling systems to help understand when opportunities exist in the markets.

When I can determine that price is moving counter to a primary trend and creating what I call a “price anomaly”, where enhanced opportunity exists for a profitable outcome, I attempt to determine if this trigger warrants alerting our followers. In this case, I believe the opportunity for upside price action following this price rotation is exceptional.

This first chart shows our proprietary price cycle modeling system at work and clearly shows the key Fibonacci support levels that I believe will act as a floor for the price of oil. I believe a bottom will form near $67 ppb and a new price rally will result in prices moving quickly back above $70 ppb.

This second chart shows the XLE price cycles on a Daily basis and I want to highlight the potential for a price move from near $73 to well above $76 (or higher) if our analysis is correct. This reflects a +4~8% price move that I believe could happen within the next 5~10+ days.

The research here shows a long entry trade over the next 2 - 3 trading days is ideal and that this move will likely end before September 21 (if the market does not change its current cycle patterns). Overall, this could be an opportunity for skilled traders and investors.

Often, followers and subscribers find my research of finding and alerting them to these types of opportunities. Most of the time, these types of triggers are ones that members would have missed or ignored. These proprietary price modeling tools provide us with a strong advantage over other traders. If you want to learn what it is like to have forward looking prediction systems backing you up every day with Daily video analysis, detailed global market research, clear trading triggers/signals and more, then join me at The Technical Traders to learn how I can help you.

Here’s Why We See the G7, Central Banks and U.S. Fed Will Drive Stock Prices this Week

After last weeks closing bell for stocks and the early signs of the Capital Market Shift which we mentioned previously was taking place are now clearly evident. We wanted to alert all of our followers that this week could be very dramatic with a number of key events playing into global expectations.

Our research team at Technical Traders Ltd. have been combing through the charts trying to find hints of what may happen and what to expect in terms of price volatility next week. We know our ADL price modeling system is telling us that certain price weakness will continue in certain sectors and strength in others – but we are searching for the next opportunities for great trades.

One of the key elements of the G7 meeting is the continued communication regarding global participation in key infrastructure projects and national cooperation in regards to economic stability.

Over the past 8+ years, the bulk of the global recovery has been based on the US economic stability and recovery. US interest rates allowed for a global “carry trade” that supported a large component of the economic bias in foreign countries. Additionally, the deeply discounted U.S. bonds provided a “fire sale” opportunity for many countries to secure U.S. Treasuries at a time when global central banks were printing cash to support failing economies. Overall, the economic conditions from 2009 to 2015 were such that every opportunity was provided to the global markets to make it easier to attempt a proper recovery.

Some nations were able to capitalize on this environment while others squandered the opportunity to create future growth, capabilities and new opportunities for success. Given the current global market environment, we expect some harsh comments to come from the G7 meeting as well as some wishful thinking comments. Overall, we believe the outcome of the G7 meeting will become a defining moment for the remainder of the year in terms of global economic expectations and forward intent. It will certainly be interesting to see how these leaders decide to operate within the constructs of the ever changing global market liabilities to say the least.

Right now, a lot of concern has been directed towards the Emerging Markets and what appears to be a near term market collapse. Debt spreads and global indexes have been moving in a pattern that clearly illustrates the Central Banks problems in containing the diverse economic conditions throughout the globe. Infrastructure projects, social/political shifts and currency valuations are complicating matters by creating extended pressures in many global economies recently. All of this centers around the strength of the U.S. economy and the US dollar as related to expectations and valuations of other foreign economies and currencies.

Almost like a double edged sword, as the U.S. economy/dollar continues to strengthen, foreign capital will migrate into these US assets because of the inherent protection and gains provided by the strength and growth of these markets. While at the same time, the exodus of capital from these foreign markets create a vacuum of value/capability that results in a continued decline in asset valuations and more.

Almost like the 1994 Asian Currency Crisis, the more the US economy strengthens, the more pressures the global markets feel as valuations and assets become more risky to investors. As investors flee this risk, they search for safe returns and value that is found in the US economy/Dollar – driving US equities higher and strengthening the US Dollar. It is a cycle that will likely continue until some equilibrium point is reached in the future.

The US markets are on a terror rally because global capital is searching and seeking the greatest returns possible – and the only place on the planet, right now, that is offering this type of return is the US economy and the US equities market. Our recent research shows that the NASDAQ indexes may stall and rotate over the next few months as price valuations have accelerated quite far and because the blue chips are relatively undervalued at the moment. This means, capital will likely continue to pour into the S&P and DOW heavyweights as this capital shift continues to play out.

The G7 meeting, in Toronto, this week will likely present some interesting outcomes. Early talk is that the G6 nations (minus the US) may enact some deal that they believe would be suitable for these nations going forward. Our concern is not the deal or the threat of these nations trying to engage in some deal without the US – far from it. Our concern is that their wishes may be grandiose and ill timed given these currency and valuation issues.

Imagine, for a second, the G6 nations engage in some grand scheme to engage in something to spite the USA. Some plan that seems big and bold and over the top. Yet, 5 months from now, debt issues plague these nations, currency valuations have destroyed any advantage they may have perceived they had and the member nations are beginning to feel the pressures of their own entrapment. What then? The USA to the rescue....again?

Recently, Ben Bernanke, a Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institute, warned that Donald Trump’s economy was like a Wile E. Coyote going over a cliff. Everything seems well and fine till the road ends and the cliff begins. I would like to remind all of our readers that The Brookings Institute does not have a stellar record of predicting much of anything over the past 10+ years. Take a look at this graph showing the economic expectations and predictions from The Brookings Institute over the past decade or so. Do these people seem capable of accurately predicting anything regarding the U.S. or global economy?

Now, ignoring all of the what if scenarios that are being presented by different people. The bottom line is that the next 6+ months are going to be very exciting for traders and investors. There are huge issues that are unfolding in the global economy right now. Currency levels are about to be shaken even further and the G6 nations, by the time they complete their high priced dinners and evening events, will walk out of the G7 meeting staring down a greater global debt/currency/economic beast of their own creation.

SE Asia is in the process or rewriting and resolving issues of the past 10+ years (see Malaysia / Singapore).

China is in the midst of a massive debt cycle that is about to play out over the next 18+ months (totaling about 1.8 Trillion Yuan).

The Brasil Bovespa Index has rotated into new BEARISH territory.

The Mexican iShares (EWW) ETF is about to break multi-year lows.

The Hang Seng Index is setting up a possible topping pattern that could break down given state and corporate debt concerns.

The iShares Turkey (EURONEXT) index has already broken to new multi-year lows.

The G6 better have some rabbits in their hats that they can magically transform into big bullish projects over the next 12 months or the economic functions that are at play in the world already are likely to steamroll over the top of any news that originates from the G7 meeting.

The U.S. markets are setup for a continued bullish rally with a bit of Summer capital shifts. Our recent research called the rotation out of the tech heavy NASDAQ and a renewed capital shift into the S&P and the DOW leaders. This rotation is likely to continue for many weeks or months as global investors realize the earnings capabilities and dividends values within the U.S. blue chips are of far greater long term value than the risks associated with technology and bio-tech firms. Because of this, we believe the S&P and DOW/Transports are setting up for a massive price rally to break recent all time market highs.

Here is a Daily chart of the YM futures contract showing the recent price breakout and rally. Our expectation is that 26,000 will be breached within 30 days or so and that a large capital shift will drive a continued advance through the end of 2018 – possibly further.

Here is a Daily $TRANS chart showing a similar bullish move. Although the Transportation Index has not broken to new highs yet, we believe this upside move is just beginning and we believe the continued improvements in the US economy will drive the Transportation index to near 11,450 or higher before the end of this year.

Our opinion continues to support the hypothesis that the US markets are the only game on the planet (at the moment) and that a great capital shift is underway in terms of investment in, purchases of and generally opportunistic investment opportunities for US equities and markets going forward. Until something changes where the US dollar strength, foreign economic weakness and foreign debt cycles are abated or resolved, we believe the great capital shift that we have been warning of will continue which will put continued pressures on certain foreign markets and expand debt burdens of at risk nations over time.

Smart traders will be able to identify these opportunities and capitalize on them. They will see this shift taking place and take advantage of the opportunities that arise for quick and easy profits. Three Trades for This Wild Market

It has been an emotional ride for most traders since stocks started to sell off last Friday in a big way. This crash we just experienced is VERY much like the Aug 2015 crash. Price and volatility both have parabolic price movements that could either make you a lot of money or lose a bundle depending on where your money was positioned.

This post is to quickly share three recent trades we have taken one of them (REALLY BAD) and what to expect in the markets moving forward.

On Monday while the markets were under serious pressure cascading lower our only open position at the time was DUST. This is an inverse gold miners fund that allows us to profit when gold stocks fall in value. We had been expecting gold stocks to fall for a couple weeks and got into the position on Jan 26th. Gold stocks fell quickly and we took partial profits at 11% within 3 days.

We continued to hold the balance of DUST in anticipation of a second leg down in gold stocks which our technical analysis was showing should happen within a couple days which it did. On Monday, Feb 5th while stocks were under more selling pressure money rotated into the gold stocks as a safe haven and that is we decided to close the position with a 20% profit it 7 days. This was a good trade, but the next one isn’t.

Also, on February 5th we were anticipating the panic selling and looking for a washout low to be put in place Monday/Tuesday of this week. Thus far everything has played out exactly as we expected in terms of price action. What I love about technical analysis is that if done correctly you can predict, or at least have a very good idea of what price should do next, and because we knew panic selling was coming we were not totally caught off guard. But I will admit, I expected half the price movement and volatility that actually took place this time around.

Terribly Unfortunate Trade

* I always short UVXY when the vix is high, and fade the fear. But no shares were available to short Monday.

* The only other way to do this was to buy XIV and inverse VIX fund which works in most cases but not nearly as good as short selling UVXY.

* Volatility jumped 100% Monday, XIV fund imploded and lost 98% of its value catching hedge funds, professional traders, and us off guard.

* XIV is still trading, it will take many months to regain and reduce some of its draw down.

Tuesday's Clawback Trade

During extreme situations like XIV position dropping 98% there are two ways to deal with it. Take the loss and move on, or use the extreme market conditions to get back into a trade and catch the next big move to help minimize XIV draw down. So we took a short sell trade on UVXY Tuesday at the open. The VIX was set to gap sharply higher into a level it has only ever reached a few times in before. By shorting the VIX it means we profit when the VIX falls in value which it did.

We opened the trade right at the opening bell and the VIX when into free fall hitting our first profit target within 18 minutes for a 36% profit. We still hold half the position expecting a larger gain over the next few days. Currently, this short UVXY position is up over 50% and we are looking for roughly 70% before we close it out.

Take a listen to my audio Squawk Box broadcast today to subscribers to get a feel for the XIV, volatility, and the stock market.....Visit Here

CONCLUSION

In short, February has been exciting, to say the least. I feel this price action is a major warning and signal that the bull market is coming to an end. What I feel is going to unfold is similar price action we say from Aug 2015 crash – Feb 2016. Big price rotation, and elevated volatility. And this time, stocks may not find support at the lows created this week and trigger the first leg down in a new bear market.

It’s likely going to take most of 2018 to form and unfold, but we aware…

Gold, Copper, and Crude Oil Forecasted the Recent Selloff in the S&P 500

Nobody better in the industry at understanding herd mentality then the staff at The Technical Traders. And of course they have been telling us it would be like this.....you just have to know which herd to watch and when.....

For the past several weeks, everywhere I looked all I could find was bullish articles. After the fiscal cliff was patched at the last second, prices surged into the 2013 and have since climbed higher all the way into late February.

I warned members of my service that this runaway move to the upside which was characterized by a slow grinding move higher on excessively low volume and low volatility would eventually end violently. I do not have a crystal ball, this is just based on my experience as a trader over the years.

Unfortunately when markets run higher for a long period of time and just keep grinding shorts what typically follows is a violent selloff. I warned members that when the selloff showed up, it was likely that weeks of positive returns would be destroyed in a matter of days.

The price action in the S&P 500 Index since February 20th has erased most of the gains that were created in the entire month of February already and lower prices are possible, if not likely. However, there are opportunities to learn from this recent price action.

There were several warning signs over the past few weeks that were indicating that a risk-off type of environment was around the corner. As a trader, I am constantly monitoring the price action in a variety of futures contracts in equities, currencies, metals, energy, and agriculture to name a few.

Besides looking for trading opportunities, it is important to monitor the price action in commodities even if you only trade equities. In many cases, commodity volatility will occur immediately prior to equity volatility. Ultimately the recent rally was no different.

As an example, metals were showing major weakness overall with both gold and silver selling off violently. However, what caught my eye even further was the dramatic selloff in copper futures which is shown below.

Copper Futures Daily Chart

Chart1

As can be seen above, copper futures had rallied along with equities since the lows back in November. However, prices peaked in copper at the beginning of February and a move lower from 3.7845 on 02/04 down to recent lows around 3.5195 on 02/25 resulted in roughly a 7% decline in copper prices over a 3 week period.

As stated above, commodity volatility often precedes equity volatility. As can be seen above, copper futures appear to be reversing during the action today and many times commodities will bottom ahead of equities.

I want to be clear in stating that equities will not necessarily mirror the action in commodities or copper specifically, but some major volatility was seen in several commodity contracts besides just metals. Oil futures were also coming under selling pressure as well.

Crude Oil Futures Daily Chart

Chart2

As can be seen above, oil futures topped right at the end of January and then sold off briefly only to selloff sharply lower a few weeks later. Oil futures gave back roughly 6% – 7% as well which is quite similar to copper’s recent correction. I have simply highlighted some key support / resistance levels on the oil futures chart for future reference and for possible price targets.

In equity terms, since February 20th the S&P 500 futures have sold off from a high of around 1,529 to Monday’s low of 1481.75. Thus far we are seeing a move lower of about 3.10% since 02/20 in the S&P 500 E-Mini futures contract. While I am not calling for perfect correlation with commodities, I do believe that a 5% correction here not only makes sense, but actually would be healthy for equities.

S&P 500 E-Mini Futures Daily Chart

Chart3

If we assume the S&P 500 E-Mini contracts were to lose 5% from their recent highs, the price that would correspond with that type of move would be around 1,453.

As shown above, while 1,453 does represent a consolidation zone in the S&P 500 which occurred in the beginning of January of 2013, there is a major support level that corresponds with the 1,460 – 1,470 price range.

I am expecting to see the S&P 500 test the 1,460 – 1,470 price range in the futures contract, however the outcome at that support level will be important for future price action. If that level holds, I think we likely reverse and move higher and we could even take out recent highs potentially. In contrast, if we see a major breakdown below 1,460 I believe things could get interesting quickly for the bears.

I am watching the price action today closely as I am interested in what kind of retracement we will get based on yesterday’s large bullish engulfing candlestick on the daily chart of the S&P 500 futures.

Ultimately if the retracement remains below the .500 Fibonacci Retracement area into the bell we could see some stronger selling pressure setting in later this week. The Fibonacci retracement of the 02/25 candlestick can be seen below.

S&P 500 E-Mini Futures Hourly Chart

Chart4

So far today we have not been able to crack the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement area. This is generally considered a relatively weak retracement and can precede a strong reversal which in this case would be to the downside in coming days.

It is always possible to see strength on Wednesday and a move up to the .500 retracement level. As long as price stays under the .500 Fibonacci retracement level, I think the bears will remain in control in the short-term. However, should we see the highs from 02/25 taken out in the near term the bulls will be in complete control again.

Right now I think it is early to be getting long unless a trader is looking to scale in on the way down. I think the more logical price level to watch carefully is down around 1,460 – 1,470 on the S&P 500. If that level is tested, the resulting price action will be critical in shaping the intermediate and long-term price action in the broad equity indexes.

If you have to trade, keep position sizes small and define your risk. Risk is elevated at this time.
